Do you ship products Canada-wide? Also, how do I know if I will receive the product?

Yes!  We ship every product that we carry on lawnproducts.ca all throughout Canada exclusively via FedEx or Canada Post. This incudes all commercial as well as residential addresses. 

Availability: All products that you can "add to cart" are guaranteed available in stock. Therefore, if you place an order, we will ship it out within usually 1 to 3 business and notify you of the shipping details.

Insurance (included): All product shipments - even for single bottles - are fully insured!

Protection: All transactions come with the 30-day buyer protection through Paypal

(NOTE: We do not ship any products outside of Canada)

How do I know if my order has shipped?

1. We send you a confirmation email once you place your order to confirm your order.

2. The second e-mail often arrives within 24 hours (sometimes this can take up to 72 hours during peak season) that includes your FedEx or Canada Post tracking number.

Your order usually ships within 1 to 3 business days of us receiving it. Shipment delivery estimates (from the date of shipment) are found below:

> Ontario (Toronto, Ottawa, Windsor): 3 business days 

> Ontario (townships, smaller municipalities & rural addresses): 3-4 business days 

> Québec: 4 to 5 business days 

> NL, NS, PEI & NB: 5 to 6 business days

> Prairie provinces & BC: 3-4 business days

If you are dissatisfied with an item purchased through cblawncareproducts.ca, you can request a return through contacting us at etransferyards@gmail.com. For all retail products purchased through us, you have up to 30 calendar days from the time you receive your item(s) to initiate a return.

PROCESSING OF RETURN

To return your item(s) to CBLawncareproducts, you have the following options:

Initiating a return-to-sender directly with the carrier when the parcel is being delivered or by going to a nearby carrier location. If you used Paypal to checkout, you may alternatively initiate a case in the Resolution Centre to start the return process.

Once you return is received, we will usually refund the total amount of the transaction within 24 hours of its receipt. Following the issuance of the refund, we will also send you a Return Receipt confirmation via email.
